At Cyngem, we make every effort to ensure that you are happy with everything you purchase. But in case you aren’t, we have support to assist you. Please ensure that you read our return and refund the policy carefully.

Returns

Eligibility for Returns

Except where it is indicated otherwise, you can most items within 2 days after receiving your order, as long as they are fit for resale, and are unworn and with original tags still attached.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not returnable:

Any product that is personalized or custom made

Any gift voucher

Any item specified as a final sale

Return Process

To be able to return an item:

You should get in touch with our customer service at [support@cyngem.com] and ask for a return approval.

Once returned is approved, how to ship the item back to us will be provided to you.

Refunds

Processing Time

Refunds will be made within five to seven working days after receiving the returning item. The refund will be processed through the original method of payment made at the time of purchase.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are not refundable. In the event that you return for a refund, the return shipping fee will be taken from the amount you receive.

Exchanges

Exchanges differ in size and color of the same item are made by first returning the item and then placing a fresh order for the new item.

Damaged or Defective Items

Should you receive any item that is damaged or defective, kindly let us know within 24 Hrs of delivery. We shall either send a replacement for the broken item, or refund the money paid for it.
